I am currently filled with such joy. I went to the event and I only felt slightly out of place, for only a little bit! Everyone I talked to was so kind, and this one girl I talked to was so excited to learn I was half Palestinian ‘cause she was Palestinian and she told me I had such a nice energy to me, like she saw me around and that I just looked so bright and friendly essentially. And I met a bunch of other people, and like I’m sure it was easy to tell often I wanted to participate in things but was nervous so people kinda would invite me to join them occasionally like there was this performer and I was kinda dancing and he was like come on to join the other dancing people and I saw debka!!!! I wanted to join when people from the crowd started doing it, but by the time I got the courage to jump in it had ended. Debka is some good ass shit though, that footwork!!!
