Black mirror terrifies me. I’ve never been able to sit through an episode. Was this one really bad?

I feel like black mirror is known for showing really fucked up sides of society and where our current actions could be leading us in the near future, and in the past a lot of those episodes have been like terrifying. I don’t think they’re as good as coming up with complex, grounded ideas like they used to. So to sum it up, the actual moral story around this episode is one we’ve been hearing for years, and there’s no big shock like i’m used to from black mirror, this episode is just like really sad? You see where’s it going to end like halfway through the episode though
